The 28th Annual Caddo Parish Sheriff's Camp sponsored by Sheriff Steve Prator and the Caddo Sheriff's Department was held at the Kinsey Scout Reservation June 11th - 14th. Once again this camp was a great success! Norwela Council would like to say thank you to Sheriff Prator and our donors for their continued support.
